Embroidery
Embroidery is where Acme Cap started in 1995, stitching custom caps at Central Florida mall kiosks. Today we embroider logos on hats, polos, jackets, workwear and bags. A stitched logo holds up to daily wear and washing and gives uniforms and corporate apparel a polished, professional look.
No minimum order. One-time $65 digitizing fee per logo.

Screen Printing
Screen printing presses ink through a stencil, one color at a time, for bold, durable prints with vivid color. It is the most cost-effective choice for larger runs of the same design: team shirts, event tees, staff uniforms and giveaways.
25-piece minimum. $25 setup per color.

Full Color Digital Printing
For full color artwork, photos, gradients and smaller quantities, we print digitally with DTG and DTF. There are no screens to set up, so detailed designs and one-off pieces are practical, and every color in your artwork comes through.

All Over sublimation
Sublimation dyes the design into the fabric itself, so it can run edge to edge with nothing to crack or peel. It works on light-colored polyester garments and suits performance wear, jerseys and bold all-over designs.
